What is PipeManager™?

All video conferencing and streaming products available for Inmarsat BGAN and other wireless networks are using the available bandwidth of the networks while transmitting via the wireless network. If you need to save in expenses of Inmarsat BGAN air time or stay within a pre configured wireless bandwidth and beat the fluctuation of wireless, then you have a choice. Use ChaserView's software controlled bandwidth manager to achieve the goal. Select your bandwidth and control your air time use.
ChaserView™ and VideoMoverPlus™ are custom software with built in bandwidth manager - PipeManager™ - as it is shown above.
By selecting a pre set configuration of 14.4, 28.8, 33.6, 56k, 128k or 256k you are controlling the amount of bandwidth used if intending to stay within a range. If using Inmarsat BGAN, selecting the 56k bandwidth you will be able to send and receive video in real time without sacrificing the quality of video conference and save a bundle of cash by using 56k thresholds. No other video conferencing software would allow for granular and precision utilization of bandwidth as ChaserView™ or VideoMoverPlus™. PipeManager™ feature is an exclusive feature built with the our solutions working in our product line.
You can also use the pre configured bandwidth to conduct video conference over low bandwidth terminals such as new TT-150 maritime terminal with maximum speeds of 150k or by using the low bandwidth terminals such as TT-150 land mobile or other available BGAN devices.
If you have tried to use other solutions with new inexpensive BGAN terminals, you have certainly been disappointed with the quality of transmission. Picture freeze, lockups, frequent reset and unpredictable situations are common while trying to look for more bandwidth which does not exisit.

Skipper 150 maritime BGAN terminal can only operate at 150k range. Use ChaserView to video conference with this terminal. We have tested the software with this terminal and results are stunning.
Try ChaserView software loaded in a Pocket PC. Select your bandwidth in 56K or less and make a video call while attached to a low bandwidth terminal such as TT-150 maritime terminal. You will be surprised how stable the 2 way communication is. You will also enjoy the quality of video and audio and the savings in your air time bill.
