Lanny Dean is truly a unique individual. His passion for storm chasing is an inspiring story worthy of a big budget Hollywood movie depicting true character of a real professional storm chaser. We are honored to select Lanny as a premier severe weather reporter of the year. Although iPixcel is not a rating entity for broadcast awards, we truly feel Lanny deserves recognition of all his peers and all other media outlets chasing storm while trying to save lives.
