VideoMoverPlus software solution has built in support
for Windows media Encoder9 foundation, VC-1, SliverLight
and FLASH video streaming over wireless IP. ChaserView
software offers full integration with Microsoft Mobile
operating system, supporting over 50 different handheld,
Pocket PC, Smart Phones, Netbooks and Slate tablets
for live wireless video conferencing and streaming used
for broadcast applications. ChaserView codec for live
two-way conferencing using next generation layered codec
working with low and high bandwidth of wireless networks.

Aeronautical video streaming and conferencing solutions
for Inmarsat Aeronautical BGAN terminals:
We offer 2 software solutions which can used for video
streaming and conferening while a certified computing
plaform is attached to the BGAN terminals on board the
aircraft. EMS Satcom has many different terminals and
antennae suitable for varieties of aircrafts, helipcopters,
business jets and military models.
VideoMover-Aro128 custom software
Software by iPixCel designs and markets a custom software
system with high performance video streaming capabilities
via BGAN terminal for helicopters and or other aircraft.
The stream can be configured for 64,128,256 or higher
bandwidth by simply selecting from a template. Video
Streaming quality varies based on attached bandwidth.
The unique feature of video streaming module is the
ability to detect the bandwidth and adjust the frame
rate based, bit rate, key frame, video quality, video
size based on a granular bandwidth management feature.
The result is consistent, clean video stream via Inmarsat
BGAN. If the antenna is mounted under the rotating blades,
there will be no distortion of video due to blade rotation.

VideoMover-AeroPak stream can be displayed in real
time by a desktop PC equipped with VideoMover Receive
software while attached to a broadband connection. No
extra hardware, decoder or VPN tunneling, TCPIP to UDP
conversion hardware or complicated configuration requirements.
The entire process is streamlined via software automation.
Different versions of VideoMover is used for Land mobile,
Maritime applications. All version of VideoMover custom
software are equipped with automatic motion compensation
and bandwidth adjustment ensuring best quality of streaming
while on the move.
In addition to Video streaming solution, we also offer
a low latency, two-way video conferencing solution using
ultra portable pocket PC, UMPC or Slate tablet for real
time audio and video communications using the BGAN WiFi
network.
